2022 Project Summary
A grant of £1000 to support the construction of a shallow well borehole at the Under-5 Clinic in Chiwoko Village, Lilongwe.
Felix Misase, Manager at FORCAS describes the aims of the project is to provide clean and safe drinking water for use by health personnel, children, women and surrounding communities. This will help improve personal hygiene and reduce deaths of children and adults from waterborne diseases such as diarrhoea, dysentery and typhoid.
