The FOMA Charitable Trust Fund

The FOMA Charitable Trust Fund, a registered UK charity No 283563, was established under a Trust Deed in September 1981 and is managed by a Board of Trustees.

The objectives of the charity are the relief of poverty and the advancement of education amongst Malawians and others such healthcare, welfare and social improvement measures to benefit the communities in Malawi.

The Fund receives donations from the Friends of Malawi Association, its members and other supporters. With these donations it makes grants to charitable and other organisations in Malawi for projects with the stated aims of improving education, healthcare, village infrastructure and welfare in communities in Malawi.
